We are a dynamic boutique property management company looking for the right experienced person to join our management team to help us improve and grow our company. You should be able to multi-task, enjoy taking on new projects, able to work will with & enjoy all different types of personalities. We take a positive, glass half full attitude in our daily process and are looking for someone who likes to work in this type of positive can-do environment. You should also have the following qualifications:


  • Work closely with Broker/ Owner to coordinate and oversee maintenance and repairs for rental properties. This includes using property management software to manage bids from vendors, schedule repairs, and maintain communication with both tenants and vendors through to project completions. Coordinate with Accounting department to complete billing in an accurate and timely manner
  • Meet vendors at properties, open units, move in and move out tenants as needed
  • Coordinate various inspections involving government agencies, insurance companies, and other business entities. Follow through with required actions resulting from inspections
  • Interacting with business partners, vendors, clients, & tenants in a professional, personable way
  • Perform tenant screenings, prepare electronic leases
  • Enforce and process lease violations
  • Supervise day to day operations of on-site team
  • Review contracts and other required documentation for accuracy


  • Ability to compose emails and business documents with good grammar, punctuation, and spelling skills
  • Ability to remain calm and diffuse potentially tense situations
  • General bookkeeping skills (including bank reconciliations)
  • Proactively take on new tasks
  • Critical thinker; logic-based approach to problem solving
  • Strong organizational skills; ability to prioritize & multiple task; strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work with or without direction
  • Adept with technology: strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, social media platforms, and use of the internet. Property Management software experience is a plus
  • Any real estate, finance, or property management experience is a plus
  • Bi-lingual (Spanish) a plus
  • DRE license a plus
